Welcome to my Goals and Rewards area. :)

2014 Goals

  • Be at 165 lbs by Mason's Birthday (July 27th)
  • 160 lbs by Labor Day
  • Eat Better - get back into a healthy routine
  • Continue to Run
  • Complete a 10k
  • Do the "No More Trouble Zones" for 30 days
  • Come up with a Month of workouts - Make an actual calendar of workouts using the variety of DVDs I own. 
  • Ride my bike with Mason often 

  • 168 lbs --> Hair cut / color
  • 165 lbs -->  Soft Serve Ice Cream -- I love ice cream & if I make myself lose some weight for the treat it might help
  • 160 lbs --> Dinner Date with my hubby
  • 155 lbs --> Go to Saratoga and walk up and down Broadway & window shop
  • 148 lbs -->  I did it! I made my goal :) That is reward enough right? How about a Manicure & Pedicure


  1. Hi Ashlee, I didn't know you had a blog. Love it! If you want any tips for eating healthy and weight loss let me know. We had to do a mostly raw organic diet due to an illness and I lost 40lbs just by making that switch. Jim lost 40lbs. Anyway - great blog!
