Old habits die hard. My biggest problem is food and eating. We may get to that in a future post.
I did my fitness test for P90X3 yesterday and I must say it wasn't that bad. The only horrible part was the pull ups. Tim put down 1/4 of a pull up for me, but he said that was pushing it. I have no upper body strength, hopefully it will get better in the next 90 days.
While I was taking a 4 minute break between tests Mason decided to try to drive his tractor over me and when he got stuck he started pinching my fat.
Today is Day 1 of P90X3, if I do not post tomorrow I am probably dead or unable to move. It is also supposed to be in the 30s today so I may try to squeeze in a run before I pick Mason up.
Poor Mason has not been feeling well this weekend. I cam home from breakfast with a friend Saturday morning and he was looking awful cute in his sweats. Tim said that it was Saturday so it called for sweats.
This is what he looks like after a nap...
Cosmo came in the mail Saturday. I was pretty excited it was early this month. Reading it seemed to help me get over the fact that my living room is always messy now. We must pick it up a few times a day. I am not sure why we even try anymore.
This is how Mason watched the Super Bowl. I am sure this is how Denver fans wished they had watched it. I watched the first half of the game before taking a nap before work and I do not think I needed to watch the end of the game to get the gist of what was going on.
