Weigh In Wednesday!

Weigh IN Wednesday

Happy Hump Day! I love that Geico Commercial :)

I stepped on the scale today and saw 175.6. I am happy with that, I have been slacking on my exercise. I set my alarm for 5:30 this morning and went to bed at 9 when Tim went to bed. I ended up hitting snooze until 6:30. What is wrong with me!? I had plenty of sleep at 5:30, but I could not get out of bed. I have been really tired lately and I am not sure why.

I did manage to get a 5k in yesterday on the treadmill while Mason was napping. He is all over the place and into everything so I haven to plan out my workouts.

I am going to do a couple challenges this month. I love a good challenge and I need to mention them here so I will remain accountable!
The first challenge is....

Jess & I are hosting a Dietbet that starts in 5 days! Eek - I am sooo excited to be hosting a Dietbet and I cannot wait to see everyone transform. If you have not signed up yet head on over to www.dietbet.com/jessandash. It is one of the cheaper bets on the site. Also everyone who signs up will be put into a drawing - on October 9th Jess and I will choose a winner randomly - we will be paying for the winner's bet! Because we are hosting this together I thought I would follow along with her challenge to drink just water this month.

I have a slight addiction to Crystal Light Packets - especially the strawberry energy ones. I know I need to start drinking more plain water so here is my push.

The second challenge is to walk/run 80 miles in October. A friend of mine put this challenge on Instagram. That is roughly 2.5 miles per day. Obviously I am a little behind now that I did not push myself out of bed this morning, but I will make it up.

Don't forget to link up with Weigh In Wednesday. We love reading everyone's posts :)'

I will end with a photo of Mason & Nutmeg last night... They fell asleep together on the living room floor :)

  2. I'm really working hard on drinking more water lately. I don't think I could give up the occasional diet soda or coffee though - good for you!
