After we all went out to lunch Judy and I went for a walk. I did not really feel like going, but she pushed and I am glad I went. I was cold for most of the walk, but warmed up toward the end. I did not regret going and I felt more awake after.
It really is amazing how a walk or exercising can give you energy.
Whenever I don't want to get up and get moving I think of this quote - "You will never regret working out, you will regret not doing it" 9 times out of 10 this will get me moving and get me on the treadmill or outside walking.
I ended up working midnight until eight on Sunday for overtime. Tim's parents said they would take Mason (Tim had a prior commitment overnight) so it was the perfect opportunity for some extra money without having to pay daycare.
Last night I went to dinner with some old friends. It was amazing to catch up and see them. We decided we need to get together more often, we had a blast.
Let's talk about the weigh in now....
This week I am going to track everything and continue to exercise at least five days like I did last week.
We are off to see my cousin who finally moved back up here from Nashville. She bought my grandfather's house and I cannot wait to see what she did with it. It will be a little bittersweet, but it is nice that someone in the family bought it.
