1. Do you plan to change any of your eating habits in the new year?
I plan on taking my Weight Watchers membership seriously! I am using $20 a month of my monthly cahs budget on it, I really need to use it.
2. Any workout tips get us back in shape after the Holidays?
This is hard for me! I have been majorly slacking the last month or so with my walking and such. I am determined to get back into the swing of things starting tomorrow. I do so much better when I start things on a Monday, I do not know why I have always been that way though.
I find that having someone checking on me helps. My husband and a few friends ask how my weigh ins went and if I have been walking. I want to be able to tell them positive things so I do what I am supposed to.
3. Favorite thing you did over the Holidays?
This one is easy! I loved playing in the snow with Mason. He got a sled for Christmas and he loves it. He was screaming and fussy the other day. We put him in his snowsuit and he calmed down, when we got him in his sled he was cured.
4. What is something you hope that you accomplish in 2013 that you did not in 2012?
I want to get in the 160s this year. I was hoping to do it in 2012, but the pregnancy kind of put a stop to that. I have 31 pounds to get to 169. I would be happy doing that before the summer.
5. Name 3 things that are happening this year that you are excited about and why.
I am excited for Mason to turn 1. I do not want to rush it, I just like watching him grow and develop.
I am hoping for a trip to Maine this year. We did not get to go last year because it was too close to the due date. Maybe we can take Mason to the ocean.
I guess my life is pretty boring because I cannot think of anything else coming this year. I am happy with my little family so I don't need much.
