Today is a new day. Today starts a new week. Today I am wiping the slate clean & starting over.
I knew before I even stepped on the scale it was going to be bad. I put on a pair of jeans yesterday that fit great a couple weeks ago, but are now too tight. I could not believe how I had slipped in the last two weeks. I felt awful about myself all night, if I had not had something to go to I would have slipped into sweats and stayed home on the couch.

I started the week of on the right foot! I got up at 5:15, did my reps for the Close Out Challenge plus a couple more exercises, then I moved to the treadmill and walked 2 miles at 3.3 mph & a 7.5% incline. I weighed myself and got in the shower. I was ready for work and still not a peep from Mason.
