Something Fun A-Z

I was browsing my favorite blogs over the weekend and came across a little questionnaire on Sweet Tooth Sweet Life. It looked fun so I decided to do it as well :)

Here it is...

A is for age: I am 25! Wow that is weird to put down. I can remember myself as a teenager wondering what life would be like in my twenties and now here I am.

B is for breakfast today: Breakfast for today was a slice of homemade banana nut bread – YUMMY!

C is for currently craving: I am craving Taco Bell... I have not had it in forever, I am not quite sure why I am craving it.
D is for dinner tonight: I have to work tonight so I made myself a ranch pork chop with rice pilaf :) Hope Tim has time to make the pork chop I left him.

E is for favorite type of exercise: I love to walk – I like walking outside with a friend to talk and pass the time, I even enjoy walking on my treadmill and catching up on my favorite shows.

F is for an irrational fear: I am not sure what an irrational fear is, but I fear being in a car accident and having something go wrong with my pregnancy.

G is for gross food: Fish – anything with fish = not for me. I just do not like the texture or the smell.

H is for hometown: My hometown is a small town on the NY / VT border - Granville, NY. It was weird when I was younger my mom lived in Granville and my dad lived in VT, but it only took us 5 minutes to get back and forth. I love where I grew up. The seasons are nice and the weather is not bad. I am definitely a small town person. It is also the "Colored Slate Capital of the World"

I is for something important: My husband J He is definitely my rock and has been there for me through a lot of things. My family and friends are also extremely important – It is a great feeling to know you have people you can count on.

J is for current favorite jam: I am going to say “Springsteen” by Eric Church! I am in love with this song and the sound of it. I am really hoping this meant music, I did not think it was about food – hope not I am not a fan of jam.

K is for kids: There is a a little one on the way – we find out next week if it is a boy or a girl. We do have 2 furry children. Scribbles & Nutmeg J

L is for current location: Upstate, NY, at home, in the living room.

M is for the most recent way you spent money: I purchased a Snoogle Mini Compact side sleeper for $42. I am really hoping it helps me get comfortable in bed enough to sleep through the night. It is becoming very uncomfortable to sleep.

N is for something you need: What do I need? I need nice weather with the sun shining. It always puts me in a good mood J I also need a furniture fairy to magically make a crib and dresser appear for the little one.

O is for occupation: I am a Communications Officer – sounds exciting right? What is it you ask… well it is a 911 dispatcher, we handle Fire, Police, & EMS calls along with various other duties.

P is for pet peeve: Blinkers that don’t make sound & when people put their brakes on and then their blinker when going to turn. Both are driving related hmm… I will have to think of one that does not relate to a car.

Q is for a quote: I have 2, both from my Pinterest board

R is for random fact about you:  I love neatness… If something is out of place I will end up cleaning a whole room or house.

S is for favorite healthy snack:  Green Apples – Yummy! I have always loved green apples, I would rather have a granny smith than a red delicious.

T is for favorite treat:  Ice Cream! I love it and I could eat it for every meal if it was good for you. My new favorite is Candy Cookie from Stewarts J

U is for something that makes you unique:  I do not know of something that makes me unique… This is a tough one

V is for favorite vegetable: I love Celery and summer squash! I cannot wait for summer squash to be in season again. Tim must like it too or at least I hope he does because in the summer we usually have it with every meal.
W is for today’s workout: I plan on walking 3 miles.

X is for X-rays you’ve had: I think the last x-ray I had was at the dentist. I have not been to the doctor for one and I have never broken a bone *knock on wood*

Y is for yesterday’s highlight: I had breakfast with a friend and then visited with Tim's aunt for a little while.

Z is for your time zone:  I am in the Eastern Time Zone
