Cookie Monday

Happy Monday! I must have been tired because I slept 12 hours last night. WOW! I could not believe I slept that long. I had planned on being up earlier, but oh well. My body must have needed to rest. I went to weigh-in this morning and gained .8 lbs. I was AWFUL last week. I did not track and I made all the wrong choices when I ate. I just had a bad week. I am hopeful for this week and I plan on doing the best I can to track everything and be diligent.

Today I did my Christmas baking. It is 5 o'clock now and I have lost my ambition. The sugar cookies will have to wait until tomorrow I guess.

My goals for this week are:
  • Track everything I eat
  • Eat more fruits and veggies
  • Get on the treadmill and walk at least 10 miles
  • No fast food
  • Feel Good

It will be another hectic week with Christmas on Sunday. I will try to do another blog entry in the next week, but phew I feel like I have been going going going.
